Send an email to [email protected], that contains the following information:

• "Abuse Report" in the email subject line
• Your full name (and Company Name, if applicable)
• Your mailing address
• Your email address
• A phone number where you can be reached during regular business hours
• The URL(s) of the page or pages you believe constitute abuse (if applicable)
• The name of the businesses responsible for the alleged abuse (or the company name displayed on the Boostter hosted page(s) for the alleged abuser)
• A full description of the abuse
• A statement of the remedial action you would like Boostter to take

Boostter takes abuse of its systems very seriously, and will investigate all complaints received and will take appropriate action where warranted. However, note that remedies to abuse reports are made at Boostter’s sole discretion. Receipt of a complaint is no guarantee that Boostter will take the action requested, or that Boostter will take any action at all.

There is no confidentiality promised or implied for any report of abuse, in any form, made to Boostter. Boostter may, at its sole discretion and without any notification to the reporting party, share any report of abuse with the Boostter Customer against which it was lodged, with legal counsel, with law enforcement, or with any other third party.

Additionally, all official responses to abuse complaints will be made in writing or via email from [email protected]. Any verbal communications from Boostter employees, or any correspondence from Boostter employees using an alternate email address, MAY NOT be relied upon as official responses or promises of action of any type.
